Introducing the Alaryaf Hotel and Business Tower, a monumental project entrusted to a company with extensive experience in conceptualization and design. After a rigorous selection process involving multiple firms, we were chosen to design this 5-star hotel tower featuring 10 floors of commercial and administrative offices. Inspired by the vibrant city of Buraidah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the design concept takes shape in an elliptical nested structure, with a central circular form creating a unique multidirectional silhouette overlooking three main streets.
Embracing a contemporary style, the architecture embodies sustainability, leveraging natural elements to create an environmentally friendly building. Glass facades, combined with oxidation-resistant metals, enhance the building's aesthetic appeal and eco-friendliness. Panoramic elevators installed at the front of the building offer an immersive viewing experience, allowing guests to enjoy scenic vistas during their ascent to higher floors.
The compound exudes simplicity and elegance, defining the essence of this architectural masterpiece. The innovative main entrance features a harmonious blend of natural materials and dynamic architectural elements, incorporating squares, rectangles, light wood, grey marble, and metal to create a visually striking composition. This fusion of elements in the cellar and entrance areas establishes an architectural marvel, leaving visitors with a lasting impression of the building's significance and grandeur
