The area abounds by Classical palaces and cultural significance. Upon arrival you’ll be enchanted by this luxurious complex with its vast Landscape and lavish greenery, water features, and pergola for outdoor lounging. Sadoun Palaces were built in distinctive Classical inspired by Moroccan architectural style. The facades have decorative elements: Portico, Agoras, Arches, Columns and Windows designed to bring natural light into the rooms. The materials used for construction and finishing were sustainable & eco-friendly.

The main entrance is made up within an agora, columns and huge corniche. The secondary entrance is distinguished by a huge arch which is two floors high decorated and made up of flexible geometric lines. The windows and doors openings are huge to provide more communication unlike the traditions of this region. Besides, widening the opening is aimed at highlighting the beautiful relation between the rocky fronts and the wide glass spaces.

The facades of the palaces are made up of a mixture between classic architectural elements and the Islamic-Moroccan decorations. This type of decoration reflects the Saudi taste which prefers elegance and nobleness. We applied this state in our design that shows the importance of

the architectural form through the two floors. The last floor was ended by a huge ledge to meet with the glass dome above the living room overlooking the entrance in order to reflect the sun light.
