In accordance with the signed contract, our company is designing a tower that harmonizes with the city’s most significant commercial structures. Beginning with the shopping center on the first and second floors, accompanied by parking facilities and services on basement levels, including a spacious theater on the second basement floor. The third and fourth floors are designated for meetings and conferences. The upper 50 floors will host entrepreneurial offices and luxury workspaces, all offering panoramic views of the Gulf promenade.
